I conceived and directed innovative programs, website and events to deliver business opportunities to support entrepreneurship and growth within South Australia’s $14 billion+ food industry. I increased entries to the South Australian Food Industries Awards Program by 23% in 2013, then by 10% each year to achieve the highest participation in its 18-year history in 2016.
I also increased attendance of the Food South Australia Summit conference by 42% in 2014, then by 10% each year and negotiated high levels of sponsorship and key speakers, including international experts.
